Safe for cooking applications up to 190°C, the pan is more than capable of handling hot oil deposits. The temperature range of -40°C to 190°C also means the pan can go from prep to the cooler, oven or steam table to reduce unnecessary handling. This also saves the use of several other pans and cleaning. This high heat pan is microwave safe and suitable for freezing, cooking and reheating. The flat bottom design also ensures even heat distribution to help eliminate hot and cold spots.
