The Vogue polycarbonate 1/1 gastronorm container (200mm/25.6 litre) is the perfect container for safely storing food securely and efficiently.
The premium grade polycarbonate material of the container makes it incredibly strong and ensures its long life in your kitchen, reducing the need for constant replacements. The clarity of the polycarbonate allows you to quickly see the contents, so there’s no need to open lids to check stock.
With a lid (sold separately), you can create a tight seal and ensure your food is fresh and protected from cross-contamination. The raised lip around the edges of the container allows you to slot the container into a rack or a buffet unit for easy and efficient storage. The polycarbonate is also heat resistant, meaning it takes much longer to get hot – perfect for staying cool to the touch, even when microwaving food in it. After use, the container is dishwasher safe, great for saving time at the end of a busy prep or service
